THIRD-PARTY LIMITATIONS: Fortune.Cards is not liable for defects, malfunctions, or issues arising from third-party hardware, software, services, tools, platforms, or applications beyond our direct control, including but not limited to computer hardware, operating systems, mobile devices, software programs, browser extensions, plug-ins, newly discovered security vulnerabilities, or other external components.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or legal proceeding arising from, relating to, or connected with these Terms, your use of our Platform, Application, or Services, or your relationship with Fortune.Cards shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS: You agree that, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or law to the contrary, any claim, cause of action, or legal proceeding arising from or related to your use of our Platform, Application, Services, or these Terms must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations period or, if earlier, within one (1) year after the relevant facts underlying such claim or cause of action could have been discovered through reasonable diligence. Failure to file within this time period will result in such claim or cause of action being permanently barred and waived.

Fortune.Cards reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to our Platform, Application, and Services without prior notice, liability, or obligation to you. Such action may be taken for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of our Services, or conduct that Fortune.Cards determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to our interests or other users.

Upon termination or suspension of your access, you will immediately lose the ability to use Fortune.Cards and access any associated content, features, or account information. We reserve the right to delete or remove any content associated with terminated accounts.

Fortune.Cards may also, at its discretion, discontinue, suspend, or permanently terminate our Platform, Application, and Services entirely.

In the event of significant changes to our Platform, Application, Services' content or functionality, or if Fortune.Cards decides to terminate our Services, we will provide reasonable advance notice to users through appropriate communication channels, including our Platform, Application, email notifications, or other designated methods.

Your continued access to and use of Fortune.Cards after any modifications or updates to these Terms have been implemented and made available constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.

Fortune.Cards bears no liability or responsibility for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from modifications to or discontinuation of our Platform, Application, and Services as outlined in this section.

App Store Compliance: Your use of our Application may be subject to additional terms and conditions separate from these Terms, including the terms of service of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other distribution platforms that enable lawful downloads of our Application ("App Store Terms"). If you downloaded our Application from such a platform and there exists a conflict between the applicable App Store Terms and these Terms, the App Store Terms shall govern your use of the Application only to the extent of such specific conflict.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein or made available through our Platform or Application, constitute the complete and entire legally binding agreement between you (as user) and Fortune.Cards (as service provider) regarding your use of our Platform, Application, Services, and content, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, agreements, and understandings.

Indemnification for Losses: Fortune.Cards relies upon your continued observance and compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. If Fortune.Cards suffers any loss, damage, cost, expense, or liability due to your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or breach of any other legal obligation, you agree to fully indemnify and compensate Fortune.Cards for all such losses, damages, costs, and expenses.

Geographic Restrictions: Certain territorial restrictions and limitations may apply to your use of our Platform, Application, Services, and content. Our Platform, Application, Services, and content are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in jurisdictions where such distribution or use would violate applicable laws or regulations, or would subject Fortune.Cards to registration requirements, licensing obligations, or other legal compliance burdens within such jurisdiction.
